Payment is due in advance unless otherwise specified. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use of our services following price changes constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.
You are responsible for maintaining valid payment information. If payment fails, we may suspend your account until payment is received.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of payment. Refunds are issued to the original payment method. We reserve the right to deny refund requests if our services were used in violation of these Terms or if the request is submitted after the specified period.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team. Jendovis Solutions Inc. reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account immediately without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in illegal activities.
Upon termination, your right to use our services ceases immediately. We may delete your account data and content after 30 days of termination, unless otherwise required by law.

Both you and Jendovis Solutions Inc. agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Edmonton, Alberta for the resolution of any disputes.
Before initiating any legal action, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation and communication with Jendovis Solutions Inc. If negotiation fails, disputes may be resolved through binding arbitration or litigation as permitted by law.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
